煮込み料理をメインとした定食居酒屋です。
看板メニューでもあるもつ煮込みは、希少部位のみを使用しており、しっかり下処理を行い、じっくり煮込んでいるので、臭みも少なく、もつはトロトロです。
もつが苦手な方でもオススメできる一品となっております。地元のお客様に長年利用していただけるような店づくりに日々努めていきます。

We opened on October 6, 2023. This is a set meal izakaya that mainly serves stewed dishes. Our signature dish, the stewed offal, is made using only rare cuts of meat, and is thoroughly prepared and stewed, so it has little odor and the offal is very tender. This is a dish that we can recommend even to those who don't like offal. We will continue to work hard every day to create a restaurant that will be enjoyed by local customers for many years to come.

它於2023年10月6日開業。 這是一間以燉菜為主的套餐居酒屋。 招牌菜色“內臟燉湯”，只使用稀有部位，經過精心烹調，慢火慢燉，因此幾乎沒有異味，內臟柔軟而滑膩。 即使不喜歡內臟的人也可以推薦這道菜。我們將每天努力打造一家當地顧客會使用多年的商店。
